Fixed Price Family Packages

We are pleased to offer fixed price divorce packages and packages in relation to other family matters.

We can refer you to mediation free of charge.

In certain circumstances we can agree to you paying us at the conclusion of the case, and in all cases easy payment schemes are available.

Divorce

If you require advice and assistance in relation to divorce proceedings which you wish to bring against your former partner, we are able to offer you 30 minutes of advice in the office. During the course of that meeting we would hand to you the necessary forms and information which you would need to enable you to complete those forms and to deal with the Divorce Decree proceedings. Our fee for this service would be £225 plus VAT and court fees (you may not have to pay all or part of the court fee if you are in receipt of a low income).

If you would wish us to complete all the forms and submit them to the court for you and to effectively deal with the Divorce Decree proceedings from beginning to end, then we will do so, in which event our fees are £350 plus VAT and court fees.

Our fees for assisting you as a Respondent are £125 plus VAT

The above fees deal with the Decree proceedings only, i.e. in actually getting you divorced.

Financial Problems and/or Children Problems

Where you and your partner have reached a full agreement in relation to financial matters and merely wish this to be converted into an Order for submission to the County Court, then our fee for limited correspondence with your partner or their solicitors and with the court, and drafting the Consent Order, but excluding any attendance at court, would be as follows:

• Children Matters £250
• Property and Finance Matters - £400
• Property, Finance and Children Matters - £600

We are, of course, traditionally able to assist you in relation to any court hearings in which you become involved in relation to either financial matters or children proceedings, to include any care proceedings, and would be prepared to assist you on a fixed-fee basis which would be tailor-made to suit your particular requirements.
