With the abolition of Legal Aid for many Family Matters we no longer offer Legal Aid in cases involving Domestic Abuse or where Social Services has been involved regarding your Child/Children. Family Mediation still qualifies for Legal Aid subject to means. See the Mediation link.

In all areas we offer a variety of Very Reasonable Fixed Fees and/or Payment Plans to suit your ability to pay. Very often clients are surprised at the Good Value for Money Terms we offer and appreciate our Staged Fixed Fees or spreading payments over a period of time.

We are not as expensive as you may think and often gain for you or save you many thousands of pounds in disputed cases and certainly relieve much of the anxiety. Equally - saving your Driving Licence may well be worth every penny spent!
